PERFORMANCE TRAINING AND FITNESS
This athletic-based performance program will introduce your middle schooler to the fundamentals of weight lifting including proper technique and form. All lifting techniques will be covered including bench, squat, cleans, and lunges focusing on coordination of speed and power leading into Olympic lifting. Progression in the beginning will be slow in order to focus on each athlete's current ability with the intent on taking him or her to the level.
The high school program will focus on continuing to improve the basics of weight lifting techniques while increasing loads and moving the athlete to a more experienced, intermediate level.
Our adult fitness classes can be one-on-one or group fitness, and will begin with a goal-setting session with a performance training and fitness coach. All classes, either group or individual, are holistic and movement-based incorporating components of cross training and weight lifting.
